Ebay power seller falsely accused of being another has account suspended?

Ebay power seller w/2600+ feedback accused of being a suspended user. Being given the runaround and stonewalled. They’re saying I have to send them an email from suspended user’s account. How can I do that when I don’t know what it is? There is no proof tying me to user because there is none. I’ve only had the one said account.
