Fashion design, digital art and/or digital photography colleges in the US?
I’m a high school student in my final year in Sydney Australia, and interested in studying in the US in the near future.
Looking for colleges in the US where I can study/major in the above areas.
For example, FIDM, which I’ve checked out.
Colleges within California or New York are preferred, however if you know of any other colleges that you would highly recommend outside these regions they would also be very helpful.
Specific college names would be appreciated rather than websites that list them. I have done that myself already but there are so many options, it would be great to hear some first hand recommendations and opinions.

If you’re looking at going into photography, I would definitely check out Brooks Institute. I have a friend who goes there for photography, and she absolutely loves it. It’s one of the best photography schools in the US, and has campuses in Santa Barbara, California, and Ventura, California. It was super easy to apply there, and everyone was really nice, but I ended up going to FIDM for Graphic Design instead. FIDM is a good choice for fashion, since it’s a very respectable fashion school. There are other good design schools, such as Parsons in New York, but I’d say check out Brooks.
